For generations cider makers toiled by candle and moonlight to work their magic transforming apple juice into alcohol. At West Milton set within the beautiful Dorset countryside the alchemy continues today. This cider is made using the ancient art of Keeving which produces a very slow, full-flavoured fermentation. It is bottled while still young retaining the natural sugars to finish with a medium taste, fine natural sparkle and a nutty caramel background. We use only the best Dorset apples, we add nothing, we take nothing away. This is real cider as nature intended.
Due to the rarity of this product it is encouraged to purchase a bottle now because limited bottles are made each season, the quantity produced very much is dependant on the success of the fruit harvested each year.
